This page gives us the opportunity to provide information on the operations of the Town Manager's office.

Town of Camp Verde's Town Code - Manager's Duties:

"The Town Manager is the administrative head of the government of the Town under the direction and control of the Council except as otherwise provided in this article (of the Town Code.) He shall be responsible for the efficient administration of all the affairs of the Town, which are under his control. In addition to these general powers as administrative head, and not as a limitation thereon, it shall be his duty and he shall have the following powers: Law Enforcement, etc".

The manager's office also includes the following staff:

Assistant to the Town Manager Carol Brown - Carol has worked several different positions in the thirteen years that she has been with the Town of Camp Verde.

Carol obtained an A.S. Degree from Portland Community College.  In addition, she recently obtained a Management Certificate from Yavapai College.

This individual supports the Town Manager in the following activities and tasks:

· Provides direct secretarial and administrative support to the Town Manager

· Represents the Town Manager at various meetings as assigned

· Assists in the performance of the Manager's duties as purchasing agent for the Town

· Researches and prepares reports on a variety of issues for use by the Manager

· Assists the public with issues associated with the Manager's Office
