GENERAL INFORMATION
The Finance Department provides financial management and operational support to the Mayor and Town Council, the Town Manager and Town Departments.  Services provided include accounting, budgeting, long range financial planning, cash management, payroll, sales tax information and auditing, business licensing and risk management.

ACCOUNTING
Administrative services include payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, account reconciliation, periodic financial reporting and assisting in the annual fiscal audit.

BUDGET
Preparation of budget documents, revenue forecasting, capital improvements program, budget monitoring, forecasting and fiscal analyses.

RISK MANAGEMENT
Processing of property/liability claims against the Town as well as worker's compensation claims.  Risk Management is also responsible for employee safety. 

TAX AND LICENSE
Administration and enforcement of the Town of Camp Verde Code requirements related to the licensing of applicable business for privilege and use tax and transient lodging tax.  In addition, the Office, along with the Clerk's office, is responsible for the issuance of business licenses.
