OWNER OCCUPIED HOME REHABILITATION PROGRAM
The Town of Camp Verde has partnered with the Arizona Department of Housing to perform owner occupied home rehabilitation for qualified residents of Camp Verde. The Town of Camp Verde is currently accepting applications for our Housing Rehabilitation Program.
This program provides money to eligible households to repair or replace existing homes when certain
Program Guidelines are met, some of which include the following:
Property must be located within the incorporated limits of the Town of Camp Verde.
Property must be located outside of floodway and floodplain areas.
Property must be owner-occupied for at least the past 12 months, and owner must certify that they will continue to occupy the home as their principal residence throughout the loan period of 15-20 years. Depending on income and ability to repay, applicants may qualify for either low-interest loans of 1-3% or for deferred payment loans (no payments if owner lives in home throughout the affordability period of fifteen years).
