4. Consent Agenda - All those items listed below may be enacted upon by one motion and approved as Consent Agenda Items. Any item may be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered as a separate item if a member of Council so requests.

5. Call to the Public for Items not on the Agenda Residents are encouraged to comment about any matter not included on the agenda. State law prevents the Council from taking any action on items not on the agenda, except to set them for Consideration at a future date.

Please note: The Clerk's Office makes every attempt to provide a complete Agenda packet for public review. However, it is not always possible to include all information in the packet. You are encouraged to check with the Clerk's Office prior to a meeting for copies of supporting documentation, if any, that were unavailable at the time Agenda packets were prepared.

6. Possible acceptance of pre-1950 roads for maintenance. Roads appearing to meet the criteria are Boyer Lane, Zellner Lane, Reeves Arena Road, Wilson Road/Court, Doug's Park Road, Mozier Lane, Private Drive and Pearce Lane.

7. Possible approval of Ordinance 2001-A183, "An Ordinance of the Town Council of the Town of Camp Verde, Yavapai County, Arizona, Designating Town Staff as Planning Agency. "

8. Possible approval of Resolution 2001-475 "adopting Procedures for Public Participation in the General Plan Amendment Process."

9. Direction to staff concerning pathway along Salt Mine Road.

10. Possible acceptance of eight-foot bronze statue created by Frederick Remington and preferred location.

11. Possible approval of $3600 for George Young to continue televising Council meeting for a period of one year. '*'

15. Council Informational Reports: Individual members of the Council may provide brief summaries of current events and activities. These summaries are strictly for the purpose of informing the public of such events and activities. The Council will take no discussion, consideration or action on any such item, except that an individual Council member may request an item be placed on a future agenda.
