Public input may be invited on any of these items. Discussion, consideration, and possible action on the following items:

6. Presentation, review, and possible direction to staff as it relates to the Main Street Beautification Project.

7. Discussion, review, and possible direction to staff concerning Main Street Beautification Project easements.

8. Discussion and possible approval of undergrounding of utilities along Main Street. (This is a HURF/CIP budgeted item.)

9. Presentation and discussion of a conceptual review of a proposed industrial subdivision located on Industrial Drive.

10. Possible approval of Ordinance 2001-A207, an Ordinance of the Mayor and Common Council of the Town of Camp Verde, Yavapai County, Arizona, amending Section 120, Outdoor Lighting Regulations of the Planning & Zoning Ordinance (87-A23) allowing high-pressure sodium decorative lighting.

11. Possible approval of Ordinance 2001-A196, an Ordinance of the Mayor and Common Council of the Town of Camp Verde, Yavapai County, Arizona, adopting the amendments to Section 118 (Sign Regulations) of the Planning & Zoning Ordinance (87-A23) and proscribing penalties for violations thereof. The amendment clarifies the definition of wall signs.

12. Possible approval of Ordinance 2001-A205, an Ordinance of the Mayor and Common Council of the Town of Camp Verde, Yavapai County, Arizona adopting the amendments to Section 118 (Sign Regulations) of the Planning & Zoning Ordinance (87-A23), and proscribing penalties for violations thereof. The amendment requires business/commercial/industrial signs to abide by Section 120 (Outdoor Lighting Ordinance).

13. Possible approval of Ordinance 2001-A201 an Ordinance of the Mayor and Common Council of the Town of Camp Verde, Arizona, relating to the Privilege License Tax; amending "The 2001 Town Tax Code of the Town of Camp Verde, Arizona" by increasing the tax rate on recreation vehicle (RV) parks; providing penalties for the violation thereof; providing for severability and designating an effective date.

14. Possible approval of Ordinance 2001-A209 an Ordinance of the Mayor and Common Council of the Town of Camp Verde, Yavapai County, Arizona amending Section 3005 of the 1997 Uniform Fire Code. The amendment changes the requirements for stacking cold decks (a single ranked pile of logs) from 100 feet to 50 feet between stacks and from other exposures or property lines.

15. Possible approval of Ordinance 2001-A192, an Ordinance of the Mayor and Common Council of the Town of Camp Verde, Yavapai County, Arizona, adopting by reference the amendments to Section 103 (definitions) of the Planning & Zoning Ordinance (87-A23).

16. Possible approval of Ordinance 2001-A204, an Ordinance of the Mayor and Common Council of the Town of Camp Verde, Yavapai County, Arizona, adopting supplemental grading regulations and proscribing penalties for violations thereof.

17. Possible approval of Ordinance 2001-A211, an Ordinance of the Mayor and Common Council of the Town of Camp Verde, Yavapai County, Arizona, amending Section 3-2-1 of the Town Code regarding the Acting Town Manager. This change will permit the Manager to designate a Department Head to serve as Acting Town Manager in his/her absence.

18. Possible approval of Ordinance 2001-A210, an Ordinance of the Mayor and Common Council of the Town of Camp Verde, Yavapai County, Arizona, amending Section 2-2-3 of the Town Code regarding the Acting Town Mayor. This change will permit the Mayor to designate an Acting Mayor in his/her absence.

Councilor Reddell requested the following item(s):

19. Discussion and possible direction to staff concerning possible uses, project phases, and potential funding sources for the current CVMO facilities and surrounding lands.

20. Discussion and possible direction to staff concerning the expansion of Town Hall facilities and additional parking.
