6. Discussion and Possible approval of Master Agreement For Museum Development between the Town of Camp Verde and the Camp Verde Historical Society.

7. Possible approval or Resolution 2001-493 a Resolution of the Mayor and council of the Town of Camp Verde, Arizona declaring as a public record that certain document filed with the Town Clerk and entitled "The 2001 amendments to the Tax Code of the Town of Camp Verde."

8. Possible approval of Ordinance 2001-A200 an Ordinance of the Town of Camp Verde, Arizona, relating to the Privilege License Tax; adopting "The 2001 amendments to the Tax Code of the Town of Camp Verde" by reference; establishing an effective date; providing for severability and providing penalties for violations.

9. Discussion and Possible approval of Resolution 2001-491 a Resolution of the Mayor and Common Council of the Town of Camp Verde, Yavapai County, Arizona, amending Resolution PZ2001-03 concerning a Use Permit issued for 115 W. Camp Lincoln Road. Approval of Resolution 2001-491 will extend the season identified on existing Use Permit 2001-02.

10. Possible approval of Resolution 2001-492 a Resolution of the Town of Camp Verde, Arizona approving Use Permit 2001-04, for the operation of a 181 space Recreational Vehicle park on tax parcel 404-17-030A located on Middle Verde Road for a period of 10 years. The property is located at 583 W Middle Verde Road and consists of 17 acres. The property is currently zoned PAD.

11. Possible approval of Ordinance 2001-A199, an Ordinance of the Town Council of the Town of Camp Verde, Yavapai County, Arizona, designating Town staff as theTown of Camp Verde Planning Agency.

12. Discussion and possible approval of retaining Tischler and Associates to conduct an impact fee study not to exceed $7500 with Harvard Investments to pay one half and their payment to be credited against future impact fee charges.

13. Possible Direction to staff regarding possible classification change to Section 120 of the Outdoor Lighting Ordinance to cover municipal owned and operated lights for streets and walkways.

14. Discussion on Town Code section 2-2-3 and Resolution 2000-447, establishing meeting policies and procedures for Council and all Town Commission.
