4. Consent Agenda - All those items listed below may be enacted upon by one motion and approved as Consent Agenda Items. Any item may be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered as a separate item if a member of Council so requests.

c) Possible approval of the annual U.S. Forest Service Collection agreement for the White Bridge project.
d) Possible authorization for the Vice Mayor to sign Ordinance 2003-A247, an ordinance of the Mayor and Common Council of the Town of Camp Verde, Yavapai County Arizona, amending sections of the Town Code and of the Town Personnel Handbook regarding employee appointment and removal provisions.
e) Possible approval of Resolution 2003-553, a resolution of the Mayor and Common Council of the Town of Camp Verde, Yavapai County, Arizona to submit for the FY 2003-2004 DPS CJEF Grant.
f) Possible approval of Resolution 2003-554, a resolution of the Mayor and Common Council of the Town of Camp Verde, Yavapai County, Arizona, declaring and adopting the results of the Primary/Special Election of the Town of Camp Verde held on March 11, 2003.
5. Call to the Public for Items not on the Agenda Residents are encouraged to comment about any matter not included on the agenda. State law prevents the Council from taking any action on items not on the agenda, except to respond to criticism made by those who have addressed the public body, ask staff to review a matter, or ask that a matter be on a future agenda. (Pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.01(G).)

You are encouraged to check with the Clerk's Office prior to a meeting for copies of supporting documentation, if any, that were unavailable at the time Agenda packets were prepared.
Public input may be invited on the following items:
6. Discussion, consideration, and possible direction to staff to implement a hiring freeze to become immediately effective and to continue throughout Fiscal Year 2003/04.
7. Discussion, consideration, and possible direction to staff to accept Peterson Road into the Town's Maintenance Program.
8. Discussion, consideration, and possible direction to staff concerning improvements at Montezuma Castle Highway and Camp Lincoln Road. This is an unbudgeted item from HURF.
9. Discussion, consideration, and possible direction to staff concerning the Main Street Beautification Project. Items to be discussed include landscaping, lighting, benches, trash receptacles, banner arms, flag pole inserts, and placement of poles to allow for event advertising.
10. Discussion, consideration, and possible direction to staff concerning possible purchase or redesign of property for the Main Street Beautification Project. Any authorized amounts are unbudgeted and will come from HURF. Note: Council may vote to go into Executive Session pursuant to ARS §38-431.03 A(7) for discussions or consultation with designated representatives in order to consider the Town's position and instruct representatives regarding negotiations for the purchase, sale or lease of real property.

14. Council Informational Reports: Individual members of the Council may provide brief summaries of current events and activities. These summaries are strictly for informing the public of such events and activities. The Council will take no discussion, consideration, or action on any such item, except that an individual Council member may request an item be placed on a future agenda.
