c) Possible approval of a proclamation declaring May as National Military Appreciation Month.
d) Possible approval of Resolution 2003-557, a Resolution of the Town Council of the Town of Camp Verde, Arizona, pertaining to the submission of projects for consideration in Arizona's 2004 Fiscal Year Highway Safety Plan.
e) Possible approval of Resolution 2003-558, a Resolution of the Mayor and Common Council of the Town of Camp Verde, Yavapai County, Arizona, approving an intergovernmental agreement to participate in the Verde Valley Employee Benefit Trust. This is a budgeted item in the General Fund.
5. Call to the Public for Items not on the Agenda Residents are encouraged to comment about any matter not included on the agenda. State law prevents the Council from taking any action on items not on the agenda, except to respond to criticism made by those who have addressed the public body, ask staff to review a matter, or ask that a matter be on a future agenda. (Pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.01(G).)

6. Public Hearing, and discussion, consideration, and possible recommendation of approval of a liquor license for Distant Drums R.V. Resort, located at 583 West Middle Verde Road.
7. Public Hearing, and discussion, consideration and possible approval of Resolution 2003-559, a Resolution of the Mayor and Common Council of the Town of Camp Verde, Yavapai County, Arizona, adopting a franchise license agreement between the Town of Camp Verde and NPG Cable Inc.
8. Discussion, consideration, and possible appointment to the Planning & Zoning Commission to fill a vacant position expiring in September 2003.
