3. Discussion, consideration, and possible approval of a letter of support for the Library's application to ASLARPR State Grant-in-Aid Construction for the purposes of securing grant funding for architectural services. If awarded, this grant requires a 50% cash match, which will come from the CIP.

4. Discussion or consultation with the Town Attorney to consider Council's position and instruct the attorney regarding its position in pending or contemplated litigation, or settlement discussions conducted in order to avoid or resolve litigation, regarding the Yavapai-Apache Sand & Rock v. Town of Camp Verde, Pierce v. Town of Camp Verde, and Notice of Claim from Harvard Investments, Inc. (Homestead at Camp Verde) Council may vote to go into executive session pursuant to ARS §38-431.03(A)(4) and then resume these items.
