c) Possible approval of Resolution 2003-550, a resolution of the Mayor and Common Council of the Town of Camp Verde, Yavapai County Arizona, adopting fees for Town Services.
5. Call to the Public for Items not on the Agenda Residents are encouraged to comment about any matter not included on the agenda. State law prevents the Council from taking any action on items not on the agenda, except to respond to criticism made by those who have addressed the public body, ask staff to review a matter, or ask that a matter be on a future agenda. 6. Oath of Office for Newly Elected Mayor and Council Members pursuant to Town Code Section 2-1-5; Assumption of Office pursuant to Section 2-1-3.
7. Presentation of plaque to Brenda Hauser
8. Discussion and possible approval to promote from within the Parks and Recreation department a foreman and approve additional funds of $5000.00 (This is an unbudgeted item. Staff is requesting this amount be added to the 2003-2004 budget)
9. Discussion and possible approval to hire a Parks Maintenance position. (this is a budgeted item.)
10. Discussion, consideration, and possible approval of replacing an impending vacant deputy marshal position. (this is a budgeted item)
11. Discussion and direction to staff concerning renewal process for the Prosecutor's contract. (This is a budgeted item)
12. Discussion, consideration, and possible award of roofing bid for the Parks and Recreation offices and Mattress shop.
13. Discussion and possible approval of blading plan for private roads.
14. Discussion, consideration, and possible approval of request to abandon Town Right of Way along entrance into Fort River Caves.
15. Discussion, consideration and possible approval of request to abandon Pinto Circle.
16. Discussion, consideration, and possible direction to staff on the purchase of banner poles for Main Street. (This is an unbudgeted item that would come from the List Fund, Economic Development line item)
Mayor Elect Dickinson requested items 17, 18 and 19
17. Discussion, consideration, and possible direction to staff to develop general plan draft amendments based on Council, Commission and community input.
18. Discussion, consideration, and possible direction to staff to make a complete revision of section 108 and section 109 of the Planning & Zoning Ordinance before review by Planning & Zoning Commission.
19. Discussion, consideration, and possible direction to staff to make revisions to Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) for fiscal year 2004-05.

22. Council Informational Reports: Individual members of the Council may provide brief summaries of current events and activities. These summaries are strictly for informing the public of such events and activities. The Council will take no discussion, consideration, or action on any such item, except that an individual Council member may request an item be placed on a future agenda.
