4. Consent Agenda - All those items listed below may be enacted upon by one motion and approved as Consent Agenda Items. Any item may be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered as a separate item if a member of Council so requests.

5. Call to the Public for Items not on the Agenda Residents are encouraged to comment about any matter not included on the agenda. State law prevents the Council from taking any action on items not on the agenda, except to respond to criticism made by those who have addressed the public body, ask staff to review a matter, or ask that a matter be on a future agenda. (Pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.01(G).)

Public input may be invited on the following items:

6. Discussion, consideration, and possible approval of Ordinance 2003-A253, an ordinance of the Common Council of Town of Camp Verde, Yavapai County, Arizona, adopting an amendment to the zoning map of the planning and zoning ordinance for parcel 404-17-028A from RCU-2A to R1L-70 to allow for the combination of this parcel with two other adjacent parcels owned by the applicant. The location of the site is on Arena Del Loma east of the Church of Christ. (ZMC 2003-06: An application submitted by Howard H. Karman agent for Beverly Graham Karman, owner of parcel 404-17-028A, zoned RCU-2A, and located off of Arena Del Loma.)

 

7.    Possible appointment of members to the following commissions:

a.         Parks & Recreation Commission (3)

b.         Board of Adjustments (2)

c.         Board of Appeals (7)

d.         Trails Committee (3)

f.          Housing Committee (7)

g.         Teen Youth Advisory Committee (7)

 

8 . Call to the Public for Items not on the Agenda

 

There will be no Public input on the following items:

9. Discussion, consideration, and review of the General Plan to include the following elements: Introduction, History & Culture, Land Use, Economic Development, Growth Area, Cost of Development, Housing, Transportation and Circulation, Open Space and Recreation, Environmental Planning, and Water Resources.

12. Council Information Reports: Individual members of the Council may provide brief summaries of current events and activities. These summaries are strictly for informing the public of such events and activities. The Council will take no discussion, consideration, or action on any such item, except that an individual Council member may request an item be place on a future agenda.
