d) Possible approval of Resolution 2003-570, a resolution of the Mayor and Common Council of the Town of Camp Verde, Yavapai County, Arizona, adopting final plat 2003-02, for the Verde Valley Business Park located at 3523 Hwy 260 (off of the Justice Facility Driveway.)
5. Call to the Public for Items not on the Agenda Residents are encouraged to comment about any matter not included on the agenda. State law prevents the Council from taking any action on items not on the agenda, except to respond to criticism made by those who have addressed the public body, ask staff to review a matter, or ask that a matter be on a future agenda. 6. Discussion, consideration, and review of CR 2003-01: A presentation by Scott Simonton of the conceptual plans including a proposed library site for the Verde Cliffs development.
7. Discussion, consideration, and possible approval of Resolution 2003-565, a resolution of the Mayor and Common Council of the Town of Camp Verde, Yavapai County, Arizona, approving the site plan for the Verde Travel Center on parcel 403-22-019F and 403-22-027K. The location of the site is at the southwest corner of Hwy 260 and the new frontage road where the Chevron station is presently located. (Site Plan Review 2003-02: An application submitted by Mike Gardner-Casa Verde Consulting, agent for Casa Sierra Investments Limited Partnership, owner of parcels403-22-019F and 403-22-027K, zoned PAD and located at 1851 W. Hwy 260.)
8. Discussion, consideration, and possible approval of Ordinance 2003-A258, an ordinance of the Town of Camp Verde, Yavapai County, Arizona, adopting an amendment to the zoning map of the Planning and Zoning Ordinance for parcel 403-14-022V from RCU-2A to M1 to accommodate light industrial uses. (Zoning Map Change 2003-04: An application submitted by Mike Gardner-Casa Verde Consulting, agent for Raymond W. Clanton, owner of parcel 403-14-002V, located at 4750 Old Hwy 279.)
9. Discussion, consideration, and possible approval of Ordinance 2003-A259, an ordinance of the Town of Camp Verde, Yavapai County, Arizona, adopting an amendment to the zoning map of the Planning and Zoning Ordinance for parcel 404-28-014G from R1L-35 to R2-1 to accommodate multiple dwelling units. (Zoning Map Change 2003-05: An application submitted by Dobie Champion, agent for the Housing & Hardware Corporation, owner of parcel 404-28-014G, located at 344 S. 7th Street.)
10. Discussion, consideration, and possible approval of Resolution 2003-566, a resolution of the Common Council of Town of Camp Verde, Yavapai County, Arizona, approving Use Permit 2003-03, for the operation of a wholesale nursery on tax parcels 403-19-008G and 403-19-008H. (Use Permit 2003-03: An application submitted by Anthony Morrone, owner of parcel 403-19-008G and 403-19-008H, zoned RCU-2A, and located at 2045 Long Rifle Road.)
11. Discussion, consideration, and possible action to award a contract to replace glass windows with block on the north side of the council chambers/courtroom. This isan unbudgeted item.
12. Presentation by ADOT, and discussion, consideration, and possible direction to staff concerning the colors for I-17 bridge and retaining walls.

16. Council Information Reports: Individual members of the Council may provide brief summaries of current events and activities.
