4. Consent Agenda - All those items listed below may be enacted upon by one motion and approved as consent agenda items. Any item may be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered as a separate item if a member of Council requests.
a) Approval of the Minutes:

1) Council Hears Planning & Zoning - July 23, 2003 at 6:30 p.m.

4) Council Hears Planning & Zoning - August 27, 2003 at 6:30 p.m.
c) Possible approval of Resolution 2003-567, a Resolution of the Mayor and Common Council of the Town of Camp Verde, Yavapai County, Arizona, approving the execution of an intergovernmental agreement with Yavapai County for improvements to Beasley Flats Recreation Area.
d) Possible approval of a one-year extension of the intergovernmental agreement for Camp Verde Marshal's Office dispatch services provided to the Camp Verde Fire Department.
e) Possible approval of the Camp Verde Chamber of Commerce quarterly drawdown in the amount of $11,250.
f) Possible approval of Resolution 2003-568, a Resolution of the Mayor and Common Council of the Town of Camp Verde, Yavapai County, Arizona, establishing a policy adopting a Code of Ethics.
5. Call to the Public for Items not on the Agenda Pursuant to ARS §38-431.01.G, Residents are encouraged to comment about any matter not included on the agenda. State law prevents the Council from taking any action on items not on the agenda, except to respond to criticism made by those who have addressed the public body, ask staff to review a matter, or ask that a matter be included on a future agenda.

6. Discussion, consideration, and possible approval of Resolution 2003-563, a resolution of the Mayor and Common Council of the Town of Camp Verde, Yavapai County, Arizona, adopting an intergovernmental agreement with Yavapai County for Unified Emergency Services, and possible appointment of an Emergency Coordinator. This is an annual exercise with a budgeted expense.
7. Discussion, consideration, and possible direction to staff concerning the Mattress Shop and the sidewalk in front of the Mattress Shop.
8. Discussion, consideration, and possible appointment to two positions on the Planning & Zoning Commission.
9. Call to the Public for Items not on the Agenda

a) Discussion, consideration, and possible authorization to purchase a new digital recording system for the Council Chambers/Court Room

12. Council Informational Reports Individual members of the Council may provide brief summaries of current events and activities. These summaries are strictly for informing the public of such events and activities. The Council will have no discussion, consideration, or take action on any such item, except that an individual Council member may request that the item be placed on a future agenda.
