b) Set Next Meeting, Date and Time:

c) Possible approval of Resolution 2003-552, a resolution of the Mayor and Common Council of the Town of Camp Verde, Yavapai County, Arizona, to adopt a Community Facilities District Policy.
d) Possible approval of Resolution 2003-542, a resolution of the Mayor and Common Council of the Town of Camp Verde, Yavapai County, Arizona expressing the intent of the Town Council in opposing S2992 unless provision is made therein for a water allocation to municipalities in northern Arizona.
5. Call to the Public for Items not on the Agenda Residents are encouraged to comment about any matter not included on the agenda. State law prevents the Council from taking any action on items not on the agenda, except to respond to criticism made by those who have addressed the public body, ask staff to review a matter, or ask that a matter be on a future agenda. 6. Discussion, consideration, and possible appointment of three (3) representatives from the Town of Camp Verde to the Mingus Mountain Forest Service Land Trade Committee.
7. Discussion, consideration, and possible approval of Ordinance 2003-A247, an ordinance of the Mayor and Common Council of the Town of Camp Verde, Yavapai County Arizona, amending sections of the Town Code and of the Town Personnel Handbook regarding employee appointment and removal provisions.
8. Presentation by Mr. Rick Long and his drafting class students concerning the proposed restroom, announcer stand, and softball fields at the Community Park.
