Public Hearing, discussion, and possible approval of Resolution 2003-549, a Resolution of the Common Council of the Town of Camp Verde, Arizona approving Use Permit 2003-01, to allow a temporary second dwelling for the purpose of providing housing for the owners' elderly parent, on parcel 404-18-060, located at 970 Buffalo Trail for a period not to exceed ten (10) years. This property is zoned R1-70 and consists of approximately 1.18 acres.
7. Public hearing, discussion, and possible approval of Ordinance 2003-A246, an Ordinance of the Mayor and Common Council of the Town of Camp Verde, Yavapai County, Arizona amending Section 109 of the Zoning Ordinance allowing Home Occupations in Residential Use Districts.
