4. Consent Agenda - All those items listed below may be enacted upon by one motion and approved as consent agenda items. Any item may be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered as a separate item if a member of Council requests.

5. Call to the Public for Items not on the Agenda Pursuant to ARS §38-431.01.G, Residents are encouraged to comment about any matter not included on the agenda. State law prevents the Council from taking any action on items not on the agenda, except to respond to criticism made by those who have addressed the public body, ask staff to review a matter, or ask that a matter be included on a future agenda.

Please note: The Clerk's Office makes every attempt to provide a complete agenda packet for public review. However, it is not always possible or feasible to include all information in the packet. 6. Discussion, consideration, and possible approval of Resolution 2003-566, a resolution of the Common Council of Town of Camp Verde, Yavapai County, Arizona, approving Use Permit 2003-03, for the operation of a wholesale nursery on tax parcels 403-19-008G and 403-19-008H. (Use Permit 2003-03: An application submitted by Anthony Morrone, owner of parcel 403-19-008G and 403-19-008H, zoned RCU-2A, and located at 2045 Long Rifle Road.)

7. Discussion, consideration, and possible direction to staff concerning the appointment of a Town Engineer.

8. Discussion, consideration, and possible authorization to purchase a digital recording system, flat screen monitor, upgrades to the Court's existing computer, and a LCD projector with local JCEF funds. (This is a budgeted item.)

9. Discussion, consideration, and possible approval to use local Fill the Gap monies to hire a temporary part-time student to assist with administrative duties. (This is a budgeted item.)

10. Discussion, consideration, and possible direction to staff on future parking in front of Parks and Recreation offices. This is an unbudgeted item.

11. Discussion, consideration, and possible direction to staff concerning a design change to the parking in front of the Sutler Building on Main Street.

12. Discussion, consideration, and possible authorization to contract with Arizona Engineering for a design report on the Verde Lakes Drive/West Clear Creek Crossing.

13. Discussion, consideration, and possible direction to staff concerning the creation of a telecommuting policy for staff.

14. Discussion, consideration, and possible direction to staff concerning the Town Manager position.

18. Council Informational Reports Individual members of the Council may provide brief summaries of current events and activities. These summaries are strictly for informing the public of such events and activities. The Council will have no discussion, consideration, or take action on any such item, except that an individual Council member may request that the item be placed on a future agenda.
