c) Possible approval of Resolution 2003-555, a resolution of the Mayor and Common Council of the Town of Camp Verde, Yavapai County Arizona, adopting final plat 2003-01, for Phase 2 of Verde Ridge. (Formerly Stoneridge)
d) Presentation of the Planning & Zoning Commission Quarterly Report
e) Presentation of the Board of Adjustment Quarterly Report

Discussion, consideration, and possible approval of Ordinance 2003-A253, an ordinance of the Town of Camp Verde, Yavapai County, Arizona, adopting an amendment to the Land Use Map of the General Plan changing the land use for a 14.5 acre portion of parcel 403-23-00K from mixed use low density to commercial and industrial. (General Plan Amendment 2003-01: An application submitted by Steven M. Verfurth, agent for David Lewis-Verde Valley Partners, owner of parcel 403-23-005K, zoned RCU-2A and located north of Hwy. 260, approximately 300 feet north of Verde Valley Justice Center Road.)
7. Discussion and possible approval of Ordinance 2003-A254, an ordinance of the Town of Camp Verde, Yavapai County, Arizona, adopting a zoning map change for a 14.5 acre portion of parcel 403-23-005K from RCU-2A to 8.7 acres of commercial and 5.8 acres of industrial. (Zoning Map Change 2003-02: An application submitted by Steven M. Verfurth, agent for David Lewis-Verde Valley Partners, owner of parcel 403-23-005K, located north of Hwy. 260, approximately 300 feet north of Verde Valley Justice Center Road.)
8. Discussion and possible approval of Resolution 2003-556, a resolution of the Mayor and Common Council of the Town of Camp Verde, Yavapai County, Arizona, approving Preliminary Plat 2003-01 for Verde Valley Business Park. (Preliminary Plat 2003-01: An application submitted by Steven M. Verfurth, agent for David Lewis-Verde Valley Partners, owner of parcel 403-23-005K, requesting approval of a preliminary plat to develop a 14.5 acre portion of the parcel for commercial and industrial use. This property is located north of Hwy. 260, approximately 300 feet north of Verde Valley Justice Center Road.)
