4. Consent Agenda - All those items listed below may be enacted upon by one motion and approved as consent agenda items. Any item may be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered as a separate item if a member of Council requests.

5. Call to the Public for Items not on the Agenda Pursuant to ARS §38-431.01.G, Residents are encouraged to comment about any matter not included on the agenda. State law prevents the Council from taking any action on items not on the agenda, except to respond to criticism made by those who have addressed the public body, ask staff to review a matter, or ask that a matter be included on a future agenda.

6. Discussion, consideration, and possible approval of Ordinance 2003-A261, an Ordinance of the Mayor and Common Council of the Town of Camp Verde, Yavapai County, Arizona, amending Town Code Section 4-1-B Selection of New Members.

7. Discussion, consideration, and possible approval to close Town Hall offices on December 26, 2003.

8. Presentation by Parks & Recreation Chairperson Bill Epperson updating Council of the events and programs the Parks & Recreation Commission and Department have been working on over the past year including the status of the Community Park and Heritage Grant.

9. Discussion, consideration, and possible authorization to fund the membership in the Arizona Healthcare consortium in the amount of $1500 to support a fair and equitable health program for retires of Arizona's public employee retirement systems. (This is an unbudgeted item to come from General Fund Contingency)

10. Discussion, consideration, and possible direction to staff to continue remodel of the Parks and Recreation Department Building Three (3). (This is an unbudgeted item. The estimated cost of $22,000 to $28,000 to come from CIP List Fund)

11. Discussion, consideration and possible approval of Ordinance 2003-A267, an Ordinance of the Town of Camp Verde, Yavapai County, Arizona amending the Town of Camp Verde Personnel Manual-Handbook, a repeal of selected prior Ordinances and Resolutions of the Town.

12. Discussion, consideration and possible approval of new employee review form for all Town employees

13. Discussion, consideration, review and possible approval of the revised Personnel Manual for Town Employees and authorization for legal review (This is an unbudgeted item to come from General Fund contingency)

17. Council Informational Reports Individual members of the Council may provide brief summaries of current events and activities. These summaries are strictly for informing the public of such events and activities.
