Discussion, consideration, and possible approval of Resolution 2003-578, a resolution of the Mayor and Common Council of the Town of Camp Verde, Yavapai County, Arizona accepting a grant and entering into a Grant Agreement for Project 2003-2-015, Phlebotomy Training, between the Town of Camp Verde and the Arizona DUI Abatement Council.

4. Discussion, consideration, and possible authorization for Mayor to sign a letter to Congressional Representatives indicating support for the Yavapai Ranch Land Exchange.
