4. Consent Agenda - All those items listed below may be enacted upon by one motion and approved as consent agenda items. Any item may be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered as a separate item if a member of Council requests.

5. Call to the Public for Items not on the Agenda Pursuant to ARS §38-431.01.G, Residents are encouraged to comment about any matter not included on the agenda. State law prevents the Council from taking any action on items not on the agenda, except to respond to criticism made by those who have addressed the public body, ask staff to review a matter, or ask that a matter be included on a future agenda.

6. Possible acceptance of Denny Smith's resignation from the Parks & Recreation Commission, and possible appointment of Clint Teague to fulfill Smith's term that ends in September 2005.

7. Public Hearing, discussion, consideration, and possible approval of Ordinance 2003-A266, an Ordinance of the Town of Camp Verde, Yavapai County, Arizona, adopting an amendment to the Zoning Map of the Planning and Zoning Ordinance for parcels 403-22-019E, -019G, and -019H containing 7.84 acres from PAD to the current underlying zoning of C2-4 and for parcel 403-22-019J containing 3.88 acres to C2-3 and for parcel 403-22-020A containing .24 acre from R1L-70 to C2-4. The location of the site is off Highway 260 on the frontage road of Moonrise Drive near the Interchange of I-17 and Highway 260.

Public Hearing, discussion, consideration, and possible approval of Ordinance 2003-A264, an Ordinance of the Town of Camp Verde, Yavapai County, Arizona, adopting an amendment to the Zoning Map of the Planning and Zoning Ordinance for parcels 403-23-005W, 403-23-005V, and a portion of 403-23-005Y containing 124 acres from RCU-2A to PAD with underlying zoning of C2 and C3. The underlying zoning for parcels 403-23-005W, 403-23-005V containing 98 acres will be C3 for the Wild Life Park and the underlying zoning for a portion of parcel 403-23-005Y containing 26 acres will be C2 to allow for development of the hotel site. The location of the site is off the County Facility Easement Road off of Hwy 260 near Cherry Road.

9. Public Hearing, discussion, consideration, and possible approval of Resolution 2003-578 of the Town of Camp Verde, Arizona approving the site plan for Out of Africa Wild Life Park on parcels 403-23-005W and 403-23-005V consisting of approximately 96 acres. The location of the site is off the County Facility Easement Road on the south side of Highway 260 near Cherry Road.

10. Public Hearing, discussion, consideration, and possible approval of Resolution 2003-579, a Resolution of the Town of Camp Verde, Arizona, approving the abandonment of a portion of Cliff House Drive in Fort River Caves subdivision as public roadways.

11. Discussion, consideration, review, and possible approval/adoption of the revised Personnel Manual for Town Employees, and authorization to expend $6,500 for unused sick leave to those employees whose hours exceed the proposed 480-hour cap. This is an unbudgeted item from the General Fund.
