c) Approval of Planning and Zoning Commission Quarterly Report July-September 2003.
d) Possible approval of Resolution 2003-576, a resolution of the Mayor and Common Council of the Town of Camp Verde, Yavapai County, Arizona, approving the execution of an Intergovernmental agreement with USDA Forest Service, Coconino National Forest, and the Town of Camp Verde.
5. Call to the Public for Items not on the Agenda Residents are encouraged to comment about any matter not included on the agenda. State law prevents the Council from taking any action on items not on the agenda, except to respond to criticism made by those who have addressed the public body, ask staff to review a matter, or ask that a matter be on a future agenda. 8. Discussion, consideration, and possible approval of Resolution 2003-575, a resolution of the Common Council of Town of Camp Verde, requesting designation of a portion of the Town as an Enterprise Zone and authorizing the Mayor to execute the establishment of an Enterprise Zone.
9. Discussion, consideration, and possible approval of roads to be double chip sealed in the spring 2004.
10. Discussion, consideration, and possible approval of the job description for a Street Supervisor position, and authority to advertise for the position.
11. Discussion, consideration, and possible censure, removal, reappointment, or other consideration concerning Council representative to the Yavapai Water Advisory Committee.
