4. Consent Agenda - All those items listed below may be enacted upon by one motion and approved as Consent Agenda Items. Any item may be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered as a separate item if a member of Council so requests.

5. Call to the Public for Items not on the Agenda Residents are encouraged to comment about any matter not included on the agenda. State law prevents the Council from taking any action on items not on the agenda, except to respond to criticism made by those who have addressed the public body, ask staff to review a matter, or ask that a matter be on a future agenda. (Pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.01(G).)

6. Discussion, consideration, and possible appointment to the Board of Appeals.

Discussion, consideration, and review of the General Plan to include the following elements: Introduction, History & Culture, Land Use, Economic Development, Growth Area, Cost of Development, Housing, Transportation & Circulation, Open Space & Recreation, Environmental Planning, and Water Resources.

8. Discussion, consideration, and possible approval of Resolution 2003-575, a resolution of the Common Council of Town of Camp Verde, requesting designation of a portion of the Town as an Enterprise Zone and authorizing the Mayor to execute the establishment of an Enterprise Zone.

9. Discussion, consideration, and possible approval of roads to be double chip sealed in the spring 2004.

10. Discussion, consideration, and possible approval of the job description for a Street Supervisor position, and authority to advertise for the position.

11. Discussion, consideration, and possible censure, removal, reappointment, or other consideration concerning Council representative to the Yavapai Water Advisory Committee.

15. Council Information Reports: Individual members of the Council may provide brief summaries of current events and activities. These summaries are strictly for informing the public of such events and activities. The Council will take no discussion, consideration, or action on any such item, except that an individual Council member may request an item be place on a future agenda.
