4. Consent Agenda - All those items listed below may be enacted upon by one motion and approved as consent agenda items. Any item may be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered as a separate item if a member of Council requests.
a) Approval of the Minutes:
1) Regular Session - October 1, 2003
b) Set Next Meeting, Date, and Time:
1) Council Hears Planning & Zoning - October 22, 2003 at 6:30 p.m.
2) Regular Session - November 5, 2003 at 6:30 p.m.
3) Regular Session/Council Hears P&Z - November 19, 2003 at 6:30 p.m.
4) Council Hears P&Z - November 26, 2003 at 6:30 p.m. - CANCELLED
c) Possible approval of a proclamation declaring November as Family Caregivers Month.
d) Possible approval of Chamber of Commerce quarterly drawdown in the amount of $11,250. This is a budgeted item.
e) Possible approval of Economic Development Analysis Agreement.
f) Possible approval of Resolution 2003-573, a resolution of the Mayor and Common Council of the Town of Camp Verde regarding sharing of Municipal Court collections. (This Resolution opposes the sharing of court collections.)
g) Possible approval of Resolution 2003-574, a resolution of the Mayor and Common Council of the Town of Camp Verde, Yavapai County, Arizona declaring support for a fair and equitable health program for retirees of Arizona's Public Employee Retirement Systems.
h) Possible approval of the Town of Camp Verde Final FY 2003/04 Budget.
5. Call to the Public for Items not on the Agenda Pursuant to ARS §38-431.01.G, Residents are encouraged to comment about any matter not included on the agenda. State law prevents the Council from taking any action on items not on the agenda, except to respond to criticism made by those who have addressed the public body, ask staff to review a matter, or ask that a matter be included on a future agenda.

6. Possible appointment of a member to the Youth Advisory Commission.
7. Discussion, consideration, and possible reappointment of Jacque P. Daughety as Magistrate. Reappointment may address various considerations such as increased responsibilities and compensation.
8. Discussion, consideration, and possible authorization to promote an existing staff member to the position of Parks/Maintenance Foreman.
9. Discussion, consideration, and possible approval of roads to be double chip sealed in the Spring 2004.
10. Discussion, consideration, and possible direction to staff concerning a mileage policy.

14. Council Informational Reports Individual members of the Council may provide brief summaries of current events and activities. These summaries are strictly for informing the public of such events and activities. The Council will have no discussion, consideration, or take action on any such item, except that an individual Council member may request that the item be placed on a future agenda.
