5. Call to the Public for Items not on the Agenda Pursuant to ARS §38-431.01.G, Residents are encouraged to comment about any matter not included on the agenda. State law prevents the Council from taking any action on items not on the agenda, except to respond to criticism made by those who have addressed the public body, ask staff to review a matter, or ask that a matter be included on a future agenda.

Public Hearing, discussion, consideration, and possible approval of Ordinance 2004-A269, an ordinance of the Town of Camp Verde, Arizona adopting an amendment to the Zoning Map of the Planning and Zoning Ordinance for parcel 404-30-023 from R1L-35 to R1-35 to allow for placement of a manufactured home. The location of the site is 255 Hollamon Street.

8. Public Hearing, discussion, consideration, and possible approval of Resolution 2004-584, a Resolution of the Common Council of the Town of Camp Verde approving the abandonment/trade of a portion of Cliff House Drive in Fort River Caves Subdivision as Public Roadways.

9. Public Hearing, discussion, consideration, and possible approval of Ordinance 2004-A268, an ordinance of the Mayor and Common Council of the Town of Camp Verde, 7Yavapai County, Arizona amending Section 120, Outdoor Lighting Regulations of the Planning & Zoning Ordinance (87-A23).

10. Discussion, consideration, and possible approval of Ordinance 2004-A272, an ordinance of the Town of Camp Verde, Yavapai County, Arizona, adopting an amendment to Ordinance 2002-A228, which amended the Zoning Map of the Planning & Zoning Ordinance from RCU-2A to C3-70 for parcel 403-15-002K for the purpose of relocating the owner's excavating and paving business (this parcel is located adjacent Hwy. 260 at Milepost 214). OR Possible approval of Resolution 2004-580, a resolution of the Council of the Town of Camp Verde, Yavapai County, Arizona, authorizing the Mayor to execute Development Agreement No. 2004-001 with Michael S. Mulcaire, governing uses of property known as Midpoint Industrial AND Ordinance 2004-A271, an ordinance of the Town of Camp Verde, Yavapai County, Arizona, adopting Development Agreement 2004-01 between the Town of Camp Verde and Michael S. Mulcaire, owner of parcel 403-15-002R (formerly -002K) for the purpose of governing uses and placing conditions on the development of this parcel.

 

11. Discussion, consideration, and possible direction to staff concerning the General Plan Amendment Process.

15. Council Informational Reports Individual members of the Council may provide brief summaries of current events and activities.
