SECTION 116

SEVERABILITY

This Ordinance and the various parts thereof are hereby declared to be severable. If any section, subsection, clause, word or phrase herein is for any reason held to be unconstitutional, such holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this Ordinance.
