Getting A Library Card

You must be at least 6 years of age

Children under age 18 must have a parent or legal guardian's signature on the registration card.

We need to see proof of identity, your physical address and mailing address if they are different.

Proof of identity could be:

Proof of where you live and where you get your mail could be:

There is no charge for the card if you are a Yavapai County Resident

Replacement of lost cards will cost $3.00

Cards for temporary or seasonal residents cost $25.00, which is refundable. You must be in the area at least 3 months

Your Camp Verde library card is good at any member of the Yavapai Library Network. Each member library maintains a separate patron database, so you will have to go to the member library you wish to use, with your card and proof of residence and ask that they duplicate your record there. If you have a card from another library in the county you can have your record duplicated here, with the above proof. The idea is for 1 card to have access to many libraries.
