   The Town Attorney's office prosecutes ordinance violations which occur in town limits, advises the members of the Town Council on matters relating to its business and works with the Manager and various department heads to prepare necessary ordinances, resolutions, leases, purchase contracts, and other legal documents.  

    The Town contracts with Thomas Kelly's office for criminal misdemeanor prosecution within the Town limits.  This office is located in Prescott at 105 S. Cortez, Suite 201, Prescott, AZ 86303.  Their telephone number is 928-445-5484.  The prosecutor handles all the Town's criminal matters.
