AZ Attorney General Open Meeting Law
Effective July 29, 2010 the Town Clerk must post open meeting law materials prepared by the Attorney General on their website, and requires a person elected or appointed to the Town Council to review the materials at least one day before the day that person takes office. The Town of Camp Verde and the Camp Verde Sanitary District will conduct an All-Mail Ballot Special Election, at which time, the Town will also hold the Regular Primary Election.
